I don’t know who you are. I don’t know what you want. If you are looking for fashion tips, I can tell you I don’t have one. But what I do have are a very particular set of stories; stories I have acquired over a very long journey. Stories that make me a viable person for people like you. If you don’t read my blog, that’ll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you do, I will inspire you, I will enlighten you, and I will amuse you.
Okay, enough with my Liam Neeson-inspired introduction. Is it ironic that I used a famous “Taken” line as an intro for a travel blog? Oh well…
Welcome to Monday Projects!
Monday Projects was founded by Alyssa Martinez on September 2015 as a way to express her creativity and document the things she love, most particularly travelling. Based in the Philippines, Alyssa regularly travels both physically and digitally, looking for adventures, inspiration and ideas. With articles about travel, food, wellness and anything related to adventure, Alyssa constantly find and produce content of the highest quality.
Why I called this blog Monday Projects? Well, like most people in the entire world, Monday is my least favorite day of the week. But the idea bulb lit on my head for this “project blog” of mine on a Monday.
Monday Projects’ mission is to engage and inspire the readers on a weekly basis by presenting awesome stories by Alyssa or other adventurous people. It can be anything from food to travel.
The main goal here is to spark your wanderlust, encourage you to live creatively, and learn to celebrate the little things.
“The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.”
― Augustine of Hippo
Where to start? Uhm… Alyssa is a twenty-something free spirited artist from the Philippines with a thirst for adventure. She usually travel with friends, and her luggage is always either a backpack or duffel bag. She doesn’t like to bring too much. Her favorite way of traveling: no plan, exploring.
Thank you for reading Monday Projects, and keep in mind:
